Richard Horowitz, MD

Dr Richard Horowitz is a board-certified internist who worked on the HHS Tick-Borne Disease Working Group and New York State DOH TBDWG. As medical director of the HVHAC, he has treated over 13,000 chronic Lyme patients and created an effective model to address resistant chronic illness called the MSIDS model and dapsone combination therapy. His new book, Ending Chronic Illness discusses updates in diagnosing and treating CLD and other inflammatory illnesses.
