Sergio Azzolino, DC, NP

Dr. Sergio F. Azzolino is an internationally recognized clinician and leader in functional neurology, neuroimmunology, and integrative medicine who has treated patients worldwide since 1995. A dual-licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and Family Nurse Practitioner, he is known for his brain-based approach to complex neurological, post-traumatic, neurodevelopmental, and neurodegenerative conditions, attracting patients ranging from everyday individuals to professional athletes. Dr. Azzolino has held numerous leadership roles in healthcare regulation and education, including serving as Chairman of the California State Board of Chiropractic Examiners and President of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. A graduate of Harvard Medical School’s Global Clinical Scholar Research Program, he has contributed groundbreaking research on Lyme disease and post-concussive syndrome, while also serving as an educator, residency supervisor, and advisor across multiple academic and clinical organizations.
