Dr. Somer DelSignore is a global expert and board-certified pediatric provider She is the CEO/Founder of Hudson Valley Integrative Health in Beacon, NY, as well as a MAPS Fellow, AAOT Fellow, and ILADS member. Trained at the University of Pennsylvania and SUNY Upstate Medical University, with advanced mentorship in Lyme disease, PANS, and autism, she is recognized for developing highly personalized treatment plans for children, with a focus on neuroimmunology, ASD, PANS/PANDAS, and chronic/congenital Lyme disease. She developed the innovative RESET Protocol to address root causes of illness and emphasizes a whole-patient approach—integrating nutrition, environmental factors, and mental health—through her data-driven, integrative care model.
