Vitalii Ianchenko

Dr. Vitalii Ianchenko, MD, PhD, is an infectious disease specialist of the highest category with over 28 years of clinical and research experience. He currently serves as Captain of the Medical Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Head of the Medical Service of Military Unit A0602, a role he has held since March 2022. Dr. Ianchenko is also the Founder and Chief Physician of Medical Center Dr. Vitalii Ianchenko LLC. A recognized expert in Lyme disease since 2014, he has collaborated with the laboratory of Dr. Redger in Kyiv and completed advanced training in Lyme diagnostics and cerebrospinal fluid evaluation at MDI in Berlin. He has authored more than 30 scientific publications and holds four patents for medical inventions. Dr. Ianchenko was a grant recipient to attend the ILADS Conference in Starnberg, Bavaria in 2024 and has remained actively engaged in international scientific exchange, including speaking at the 2025 IV International Conference on Microbiology and Infectious Diseases in Berlin and participating in the Annual Conference of the German Borreliosis Society in Leipzig.
