Tania Dempsey, MD, ABHIM is a nationally recognized expert in complex, multisystem diseases, with expertise in mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), mold and environmental toxins, Lyme disease, and vector-borne illnesses. Board-certified in Internal Medicine and Integrative and Holistic Medicine, she earned her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University and completed her residency at NYU Medical Center. Dr. Dempsey is the founder of AIM Center for Personalized Medicine, serves as Secretary on the ILADS Board of Directors, and hosts the Mast Cell Matters podcast.
Nancy O’Hara, MD, MPH, FAAP is a board-certified pediatrician and internationally recognized leader in integrative and holistic care for children with chronic illness and neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders. Her clinical and educational work focuses on PANS/PANDAS, tick-borne diseases, mold and mycotoxin illness, post-infectious syndromes, and folate receptor autoantibodies (FRAAs). Dr. O’Hara is the author of Demystifying PANS/PANDAS and has published research on FRAAs and PANS/PANDAS. She also trains and mentors clinicians worldwide and co-leads an integrative Pediatric Fellowship through Psychiatry Redefined. She serves on the ILADS Board of Directors, the Medical Education Committee, as well as the Pediatrics Committee.
